Our Governance

Currently, COSSBA is governed by the Transition Steering Committee (TSC), which is comprised of the state executive from each founding member state and a seated member of each state association board. Each executive director/board member team is entitled to one vote on the TSC. On January 1, 2023, the first permanent board will be implemented and the TSC will terminate.
