COSSBA Leadership Summit

Focused leadership refers to the ability of a leader to maintain a clear vision and prioritize key objectives while navigating complex challenges. A focused leader is intentional about their goals, avoiding distractions, and guiding their team or organization toward achieving specific outcomes. In essence, focused leadership is about maintaining a sharp vision on the future, effectively managing present challenges, and aligning the efforts of all stakeholders to achieve meaningful, lasting success.

During the summit, we will dive into new ideas, consider new strategies, and fuel up with the positive energy needed to lead your Association into the future.

The 2025 COSSBA Leadership Summit represents a comprehensive experience crafted to inspire, provoke thought and fortify leadership capabilities. The summit is reserved for COSSBA Member State Executive Directors and the Executive Committee Members of their Board of Directors only.

 

A welcome reception will be held on January 16, 2025, at 5:30 p.m.  Programming will begin on January 17, 2025, at 8:30 AM and conclude by 12 Noon on January 18, 2025. Birmingham is on Central Standard Time (CST).
