​Our Mission - The mission of the Unified Boards Alliance (UBA) is to empower educational leaders by working with the Consortium of State School Board Associations (COSSBA), providing targeted training and resources to drive positive outcomes for all students. 

 

​Our Vision - The Unified Boards Alliance provides comprehensive support for educational leaders serving urban, suburban, and rural communities by providing tailored tools, resources, and collaborative opportunities that address the unique challenges that prohibit students' academic success.

 

As stewards of education in our respective states, we understand the importance of working together to address the challenges and opportunities facing our schools and communities. Through this alliance, we amplify our voices, strengthen our impact, and inspire positive change.
