SHIFT: From Self-Doubt to Sustainable Leadership

What if the exhaustion many women leaders feel is not simply hard work — but the constant pressure to prove we belong?

In this honest and uplifting session, executive coach and school board chair Andrea Donnor explores the impact of imposter syndrome, perfectionism, and overwork on women in leadership. Through storytelling and the practical SHIFTS framework, participants will gain tools to lead with greater confidence, resilience, boundaries, and self-care.

Presenter:

Andrea M. Donnor is Chair of the Williamsburg-James City County School Board in Virginia and founder and CEO of The Souleil Group, where she coaches leaders and teams to lead with greater confidence, clarity, and impact. With more than 20 years of experience across corporate leadership, consulting, healthcare, and executive coaching, Andrea is a sought-after speaker on imposter syndrome, executive presence, and authentic leadership — particularly for women navigating high-pressure, high-visibility roles.

A graduate of Wellesley College and Harvard Business School, Andrea brings both practical leadership insight and a deep understanding of the internal narratives that can hold even the most accomplished leaders back.
